I’m not sure which service is right for me. How do I choose?
No problem! You can book a free 30 minute discovery call. We’ll talk through where you're at and what kind of support will deliver the best results.

How do payments work?
For Hour of Power sessions, full payment is required before scheduling. For all other packages, a 50% upfront deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at the midpoint of the coaching period.
Payment details will be shared upon booking.
Late payments may incur a $25 fee if not received within 7 days of the due date. -
Can I book ongoing support after the Monthly Momentum package?
Absolutely. Many clients continue with a tailored mix of strategy sessions and lighter-touch support after their initial package. We can work out what ongoing service best suits your goals and budget. I am very flexible and here to help not cause you more stress.

What if I can’t make a session?
Life happens! Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll reschedule. Missed sessions without notice can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as outlined in my Terms of Service.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, but if you’ve prepaid for a package and need to cancel with notice, I’ll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

How will we meet for coaching sessions?
If you're based in Victoria, Australia, we may be able to meet face-to-face depending on location and availability. Otherwise, all sessions are held online via Zoom—perfect for flexibility and staying focused, wherever you are. If you prefer virtual sessions, that’s always an option, even if you're local.
